Who We Are
St. Vincent de Paul Academy of Novaliches was established in 1995 in Novaliches, Quezon City, Philippines.
The academy was founded by 3 siblings; Roberto Navarro, Jose Navarro and Fe Encarnacion, in honor of their mother, Felicisima Galang Navarro, with the mission of uplifting the community where they grew into successful entrepreneurs.
Currently, the academy is owned by Roberto Navarro. He is committed to bringing SVDPA to the forefront of the educational community in Metro Manila.

Our Mission & Vision
As a non-profit organization, SVDPA is not driven by the bottom line, but rather by the continued growth of our students, alumni and faculty.
The mission of SVDPA is to use the transformative power of education to create life long learners, who are ready to lead the local and global community.
The vision of SVDPA is to create a learning system that achieves the total formation of an individual who is ready to lead and serve the building of a humane and prosperous community.
Our Learning System
SVDPA’s learning system is modeled after the Canadian education system and is guided by the experience of Roberto Navarro, who’s 2 children were born and raised in Canada where they completed kindergarten through university.
The goal is of SVDPA’s system is not simply to prepare students for a life in the workforce. The goal, starting in pre-school, is to create life long learners who determine their own destiny.
